Sandwich mesh is a kind of synthetic fabric woven by warp knitting machine.
Like the sandwich, the tricot fabric is composed of three layers, which is essentially a synthetic fabric. However, it is not any combination of three kinds of fabrics or sandwich fabric.
It consists of upper, middle and lower faces. The surface is usually of mesh design, the middle layer is MOLO yarn connecting the surface and the bottom, and the bottom is usually a tightly woven flat layout, commonly known as “sandwich”. There is a layer of dense mesh under the fabric, so that the mesh on the surface will not deform too much, strengthening the fastness and color of the fabric. The mesh effect makes the fabric more modern and sporty.

Definition of sandwich mesh: sandwich mesh is a double needle bed warp knitted mesh, which is composed of mesh surface, connecting monofilament and flat cloth bottom. Because of its three-dimensional mesh structure, it is very similar to the sandwich burger in the West, so it is named sandwich mesh. Generally, the upper and lower filaments are polyester, and the middle connecting filament is polyester monofilament. The thickness is generally 2-4mm.
